In the last two months we have had so much down time. Every time I try call the support line after hours number. I’ve been holding on for two and a half hours with no answer. The so called support whatup line no response over three hours now holding on and so frustrated and I’m done with herotel and there don’t care attitude for there customers. So sad that we treated with such disrespect. Good bye herotel and good riddance.
Very disgusted customer.
