Bad aftersale service
So frustrated with their lack of service. Have been with poor or no connection for 5 days. Logged 2 tickets but no feedback.

Herotel East London horrible service
Worst service I have ever experienced. Product is not bad, but their customer service is the pathetic. If you have any other alternative, do not use herotel East London.
