Herotel is shameless and a ****mer disconnect our services for an account that is due on the 10th July than when we enquire they insist us to pay we make the payment now they tell me we will be connected again after 3 day daylight ******* you received our money but now we can't get services for 3 days so our money is just going for nothing I so wish u get competition here in Queenstown sies you robbing us from our hard earned money... don't join herotel if u see them run for your life cause they will such you dry and I will lay a complaint with icasa
I am so disgusted at the servuce we got at Citroen our car petrol pump that was replaced last year October gave in only in 3 months from fitted date it was replaced and we had to pay in 60% of the money ..The car is under warranty so the warranty company said they will only cover the 40%. Okay that was fine we paid .The car had another problem when the repair agent submit another claim that found out that the petrol pump that was replaced shouldn't have been paid for cause the part was still under guarantee a replacement claim should have been submitted and the part should have been replaced without us paying for it .when the repair centre Citroen east london for this information they communicated withe Citroen south africa and they said they not gonna honour the claim cause cake town Citroen where the first petrol pump was fitted didn't follow the correct procedure so Citroen cape town must refund . East london Citroen communicated with cape town where they requested all the paper work . That was in the beginning of March till this day d still waiting for Citroen cape town to contract us about our refund whenever I call they tell me that Citroen south africa keep on declining so my question is that till when are they gonna play hide and sick .I'm the only one that got a loss from this . We were robbed of our hard earned money . Someone gotta make the right decision and refunds us out money we have nothing to do with office politics. I'm really disgustedabout the service we getting ....daylight robbery .
<p>I am so disgusted and disappointed about translux service.i booked a ticket for my son and then he postponed his journey I went there to cancel the ticket then they said I can only extent it. The consultant never explained to me in detail that in future I won't get my money back if I cancel. The other day I went to cancel cause we no longer need the ticket, guess what, I couldn't get my money back and the consultant was rude. Mind you I went the day before to the offices and there was no one to help me. Yes it stinks, office is open but no consultant then I had to go back. I went back 5:25 pm they were already closed but office hours are until 6:00........and when I called the customer service to complain about it the lady said she is not in Queenstown so she can't say if . it's true....disgracefull and lazy people that are working for translux .i will never, ever recommend any of my family to us their buses </p>
