WORST FURNITURE AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Worst experience ever. Bought bought leather couches 3 sitter,2 sitter both leather and 1 sitter fabric on the 1/02/2020 for R74 090.00 from Born Furniture . Within the first month, the leg came off from the 3 seater, the leather stated to have black stains and pealing from both the 3 seater and 2 seater. The 1 sitter was not properly stitched. The couches look like they are 15 years old at just less than 3 months.

When addressing the issue with Gussy and Jacob, they came to collect the couches after 2 months of emails, calls and messages. Now the couches are still at their factory and we were told that we don't know how to take good care of the couches cause WE SIT ON THEM and they will not repair them.

It's been a month now since our couches are with them and no communication whatsoever
