Fake promises after 1e review to fix

After treated with legal action ...and recieving appolgies ...from Jacob....and new arrangements been made .... to deliver weekly 4 tub chairs this lasted over 4 weeks with 2 delivery,s only. Again request for more money despite we been waiting for over 1 year now and had massive losses as we cant operate without all furniture..... cherry on cake from the 10 tub chairs we have 3 different sizes in height and buttons are different.... sending photos to jacob been fully ignored...... a admin who keeps asking over and over for proof of payments while be sent repeatly.
