After treated with legal action ...and recieving appolgies ...from Jacob....and new arrangements been made .... to deliver weekly 4 tub chairs this lasted over 4 weeks with 2 delivery,s only. Again request for more money despite we been waiting for over 1 year now and had massive losses as we cant operate without all furniture..... cherry on cake from the 10 tub chairs we have 3 different sizes in height and buttons are different.... sending photos to jacob been fully ignored...... a admin who keeps asking over and over for proof of payments while be sent repeatly. Fake promises No quality controll 2 tub chairs leather is loose in 1 week after delivery 3 different sizes Admin who has no clue what they doing Jacob is going to look after his shoulder becouse legal action doesnt bother him sue me this is south africa.....that was jacob response. But jacob you will see me...and clearly i am not the only one u let very badly down
8 months and 32000.00 out of pocket promises over and over , apologies, and ongoing new dates set, but all not honored , when asking for deposit back, became rude .......fully trusted owner , but i should have checked hello peter as many more people complained of his born furniture, everything was looking promising, loved the product, but nope after 8 months empty promises , not will not recommend, to anybody ...
after several claims , ALL OUT of my staffs or my fault, power failures from municipal photo material and backed documents from the municipal,, several errors made by brytes , admitted etce tc , all on record .....mistake after mistaked internal blaming each other ... and us clients waiting and then having the ***** to cancel me and a few other clients as to high claaim ratio, yes if they where caused by me i could understand... what a serious scam and bad bad service, takes a lot to get me angry but Brytes shame on you
With a disgrace i read comments here, Peter i now for 24 years, a business has good and bad times, A big problem in mine opion Pete couldnt say no, and people took advantage of that. going the extra mile, if write says he was their for a decade, it means something was well done. the palms lost very large anker tenants, most tenants left , shy high rentals. HE DID NOT closed his doors lightly, he lost everything he had, till the last day he tried to assist his clients. He did NOT deliberity took deposits from clients , with the idea of closing and disapearing. Very large furniture makers on national level did go down, pete a 1 man show, worked from early to late , often deep in the night. all to make his product special. sadly circumstances high rent, staff issues ( what i will not even mention the reality of it) abuse by a few clients. Peter is a very loyal person who lived for his business ....and his clients. i am sure when pete is ready and stands up again he settles his accounts..... i think its rather a disgrace and shame to assume and accuse him in this platform. its very easy to judge and not knowing the hartsore and facts. Shame on you.. and to accuse of "defraud" that is a very large accusation. If he knew he would close and took then money , i agree, BUT THIS ISNT THE CASE. Also post on Facebook Andre Jacobs
<p>corrupt -ignorence- and very much conflict of interest, after 7 months struggle despite non stop request to speak to owner , i called head office, o yes they called , and indeed owner arrived next day--- pleading to not go to court we resolve the issue--- a few days later a sherrifs letter based on lias to evict me, didnt worked out sorry , but costed me lots of money, a most corrupt agent, and it appears a non insolated case....but highly protected by head office....... in my opion one of the top 3 estate agents in south africa, , today i wouldnt accept a house free of charge from them, disgusting gentleman!!</p>
