Terrible terrible service . No one wants to take responsibility

Don't wanted to press any star ! Can't comment without star ! Court order claim submitted 30 days again. Received email documents received submitted to claims department. Followed up nothing received . even after my attorney sent mails and documents were re sent - they just reply will advise next. I want a positive reply now ! Not next week. Payment needs to be done !
