Very upset with HGPF

I'm really shocked by Borwa provident fund. I app**** for my hard earned money since September 2025 and I am still waiting for my payout when you call them they tell you the fund is on payment stages when you emailed them they don't respond. I contacted my employer and they emailed them as well but the same answer payment stages. I can't give this company 5 star after been treated this way. My balance showed that the fund is withdrew. Now I think to escalate the matter to the relevant organization.
