I fitted a Nissan aproved Bosal towbar to my new Navara in April 2017. The electric current suddenly stopped working with the result that my tow vehicle have no lights. I phoned Bosal on Monday 1 October 2024, and a friendly lady took down my details and towbar serial number, with a promise that an agent will call me in the next few minutes. About 5 minutes later another friendly lady phoned me, asked for my home address, as they want to build me a new harness and send it to me. I said wait. What will the cost be? She said no charge, but they do not have the harness in stock, and have to build it. Four days later on Friday 5 October 2024 the new harness with colour installation manual was delivered to my house. It is so easy I will install it myself as I have technical knowledge. I cannot believe this. What good service from Bosal Africa.
