Early January 2025 I searched for baby mattresses size 60 x 120cm. Makro Order MAK8837432. This product came up with the correct size as "mat", and I thought that "mat" was short for "mattress", and I ordered the product. On the delivery date of 10 January 2025 this bathing mat was delivered. I refused to collect it as it was not what I want. I cancelled the order by phone 0860 600 999. I phoned that numer 4 times already to cancel the order and to get a refund. Every time the Operator/Agent assured me that the order was cancelled, and that I will be refunded in the next few days. It is the 4th March 2025, and still no refund. When I called the above mentioned number the Agent told me that the system still show "delivery failure". That means that all three the previous Agents **** to me, as they claimed the order was cancelled. I was phoned once ba an agent after I sent an e-mail to hear me out, made another empty promise, and vanished. None of the Makro contact e-mails and customer call numbers helped me. Just empty promises
I fitted a Nissan aproved Bosal towbar to my new Navara in April 2017. The electric current suddenly stopped working with the result that my tow vehicle have no lights. I phoned Bosal on Monday 1 October 2024, and a friendly lady took down my details and towbar serial number, with a promise that an agent will call me in the next few minutes. About 5 minutes later another friendly lady phoned me, asked for my home address, as they want to build me a new harness and send it to me. I said wait. What will the cost be? She said no charge, but they do not have the harness in stock, and have to build it. Four days later on Friday 5 October 2024 the new harness with colour installation manual was delivered to my house. It is so easy I will install it myself as I have technical knowledge. I cannot believe this. What good service from Bosal Africa.
I am the executor with my deceased mothers estate. It takes the ABSA deceased section 60 days so far to Fica the submitted documents with no progress every time I phone. Every time the consultant say ot will be escalated. That does not help as no progress is made.
Second time this year I had to claim. Second time that I was very satisfied with the proffesional service received. Well done. I am very satisfied with my decision to move to Outsurance.

Outsurance saved met R2000 per month on my monthly premium and I decided to switch over to them. I had an accident with my vehicle and they effectively handled my claim and arranged with a panelbeater. 3 weeks since the accident and my vehicle is neatly repaired. I only had to pay R1610 access. Well done Outsurance. I am very satisfied with your service
<p>I reniewed a two year contract with MTN on 7 January 2014 which included a new Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. Afterwords I received numerous sms's from MTN inviting me to come and upgrade again. I went to MTN Kollonade on several occations and told them that I already upgraded and even show them the new phone, but as I ommitted to bring my contract with, the lady claimed that there is nothing on the system and invited me to upgrade again. I refused as I know there is a fault on MTN's side. On 22 April 2015 I received an sms from MTN which confirms my upgrade, but this was only 15 months after I upgraded. The new upgrade date now show as 2017 which means I must pay for the same phone for more than 3 years. I took my contract to MTN twice already but did not hear from MTN again. The last time I only received two sms's claiming that MTN is attending to my request and nothing further. The request number is REQ ********** </p> <p>I went to MTN again only to find out that my request were closed on 15 August 2016 but my activation date were not rectified. The phone is old and do not work properly anymore, but we can only upgrade in 2017 again. I am so fedup with MTN bulling me that I WILL take my buisiness over to a new service provider. I have a contract but MTN do not honor their own contract. I think I must stop to pay that contract that MTN can take me to court where I can meet them eye to eye because I presently must deal with a faceless MTN customer service who bullys me.</p>
