Bosch Car Service, Sandton. Discovery building:

This has been the worst service I have received from any service centre. No accountability for the documentation that they havent’t sent through to the insurance company.

Claiming that they have sent through the documents but after my car has been there for more than a week haven’t started with fixing the problem and still where I am sitting here haven’t received authorisation from the insurance company because they haven’t received the documentation.

Absolutely shocking service. I will not recommend this service centre to anyone.
