Customer service was not up to standard with my first service at Bosch car service Amtec.
I had two issues with them, the first being that no communication was made with me and the driver to pick and drop me off at work from the Service (this was arranged when an appointment was made), I had to call and remind them about this. The driver let them know that they needed to notify me that he was going to be late and the did not do so.
The second being that I had my service book in the car before the service, after getting home I found it was not there anymore. I called the company the next day to find out if it had been misplaced and they were persistent about the book never being in the car from the beginning. The person that called me said I should look for it and check another place that it may be in and once it was found that I should bring it in to be stamped. I checked the alternate place and I did find the book in the car and it was stamped and dated that the service was done on.
The company lied about the book never being there and instead of making the effort to try and find out from other staff members if the book was stamped, they instead pinned the blame on me.
I am very disappointed in the service I received from this company.
