Spoke with Rodney and took my car for an oil leak problem on 20th May. I was charged for a diagnostic of which I paid for, thereafter I got a call that my car had a cracked sump and real seal leak of which I paid for. Took delivery for my car later that day, only to realize the following day that the car was still leaking oil at the exact spot the following day. I took it back and was told that I should wait for 3 days for it to clear out excess oil that was previously leaking. To my surprise a week later it was still leaking, spoke to Rodney on the 7th and he asked me to bring the car back to the workshop on the 9th. I took it back and guess what? I get a call from Rodney telling me that my rear seal(of which was paid for and reported as repiared on the 21st is leaking and needs replacement) when I prove to him that this job was supposed to be done as it was paid for. The story now changes to another part that is now leaking of which I am expected to pay for. Now my question is how was this ‘new detection’ not picked up on the initial diagnostic that I had paid for and the fact that the leak never stopped which means Bosch Service Carnival Auto replaced the wrong part. Instead of taking accountability they are shifting blame. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT take your car there, those people are ******!!!
