Bad service

I had a very bad experience at Bosch car service in Kempton Park, Pretoria road. I took my car last week Tuesday(09 May 2023) for a repair and no repair was done on my car. They don't even call you back to update you about the repair process, I was the one doing follow-ups. Every time I call them (Noma) the front lady staff will say "we are waiting for your insurance to approve your claim!" little did they know that I was also doing follow-up with my insurance and they have explained to me that the Bosch that I took my car to is hardly responding as my insurance was still waiting for photos and damage report of the my car. Since Tuesday when I call they say they have ordered my parts and they are also waiting for my insurance, the sad part is everyday I time I'm the one calling not them. That's up untill last friday(12 May 2023) I went to Bosch without calling, only to find that my car was just parked and no repairs where done. And I have also notice a difference of 5km/ odometer minus on my car asking my self how it happened. It since I was very upset I didn't have the strength to ask. As I was leaving with my car Noma she said to "we will call you back on Monday to bring the car back." since from Friday no call untill today. That's when I called my insurance to cancel that pending claim then they advised me to go to another Bosch near me. I did review online and Bosch in Kempton Park, Pomona is the best.
