Policy cancelation
Bad service. I called last week Monday to cancel my policy, but I got no luck. Everytime when I call they keep transferring me to another department and tell me that they can't help they will transfer me again to another department which will still not help me. It's so frustrating with the amount of time and airtime I spent on call holding for more than 22 minutes in 3 calls. The service is very bad and I'm not happy with it at all. They should just make it easy for cancelations.

False information on purpose so that they could gain clients.
Outsurance provides falls information to clients. Yesterday on 8th before I signed up fir car insurance policy Tyson the consultant who was helping me said that my monthly premium is R1 100.00 And said the basic excess is R5 800.00 on on call then I agreed to it, only to find out that at the documents he sent it differs with what he is on document monthly premium is R1275. 00 and basic excess is R13 700.00. I mean when they always say their supervisor is on call listen to the conversation, why couldn't the supervisor intervene and correct him rather then letting me for their k@@k information? Now I called to cancel the policy but the consultant keeps transferring me from one consultat to another, they all don't want to help me with the cancelation. I thought outsurance will be my best insurer but turns all the information provided is false. I wonder if you deliver what you promised to other clients, but as for me never bother doing prospecting with me.

I would like to write a review about Prime Meridian Direct I am happy with PMD. Consultants are very friendly, they easily get back to you as soon a you request a call me back. Queries are resolved with 12 hours. I would recommend PMD to friends and family. The service they offer is very excellent. They really do deserve 5 stars. As m also rating it with 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Excellent Service
Mahlodi, a friendly consultant helped me with getting my cover at PMD for my vehicle. She was very polite and let me be on the same page with before considering the cover so that I know what is really covered. She was giving me an opportunity to ask questions where I don't understand.
