USELESS TO SAY THE LEAST
I myself am a well experienced in car repairs but due to personal commitments and urgency of having the car repaired decided to take it to Bosch Car Service Kempton Park. this is the worst place to ever take your car for repairs. Instead of repairing it your car will come back worse than it was. I have an ATOS that went in for a clutch replacement. And the car came back (Friday) with a shudder. I took it back on Tuesday and was given a lot of excuses. I left the vehicle the vehicle there. No feedback from them on what is happening. Made a number of calls and the only thing i am told is that they are busy. After challenging them then was given info that has no bearing on the problem. Fetched my car the following Friday and the exact problem is still there. Eventually I ended removing the clutch and redoing the work MYSELF !! . . . . problem GONE!!!

12 Feb 2024, 05:54now here is the other part during the same time the wife's Mercedes went in for some repairs and the car as also there for over a week. again USELESS in getting thing done. the owner was spoken to and promised to call me back . . . it never happened. no wonder the staff don't call back. after a week keeping the car I was told they cannot repair it. the excuses given was that the mechanics are new and are still learning . . .
