I took my car before the lockdown in March. My car had a blown top gasket, on the 5th of June 2020 they managed to finally fix my car and I went to collect it. Bare in mind, my car never had a problem with the Heater/Air condition. However four days later (on the 9th of June 2020) my car was now licking in the front seat passenger side.
Note, I am a IT field technician, I use my car on the daily bases to get to different sites everyday, once I saw the lick on Tuesday I had then to leave my car behind and resort to taxis because I was afraid that it might blow the top again.
When I got a chance, which was on Thursday (11 June 2020) morning before I had to work, I took my car back to them and told them that my car is now licking in the front seat which it never had this lick before. They told me my heater is damaged and the water that's licking is coming from the engine and this might cause another blow. Confused as I was, when I returned from work to collect my car they had disconnected my heater and they said they will have to quote me again to fix the heater. I then complained, telling them that my car is still new and it never had the heater issues when I brought it there and when I got it the heater was working fine. I paid a lot of money to fix the top gasket and now I have to pay R6000 of labour to them. These guys are a fraud, I don't recommend anyone to take their car there. They cheated me!!!!!!
