Very disappointing experience with the Bosch service centre on King Dinuzulu Road.
I was told my car would be ready the same day, but no one contacted me with updates. I had to call at 4pm (an hour before closing) to find out the wrong parts had been delivered. The next day I was again told the car would be ready, but later discovered the wrong parts had arrived again, and once again no one informed me.
After being inconvenienced for two days, I was told they would request a ride for me since their shuttle couldn’t fetch me. I waited, but later a male employee told me drivers were declining the request. It later became clear that my car was actually still not ready, which should have been communicated honestly from the start.
What frustrated me most was the lack of communication and accountability. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience caused, the employee became defensive and tried to shift the blame.
I do not recommend this Bosch branch at all. Honestly, they wouldn’t even get one star from me, but unfortunately I can’t submit this review without selecting a rating.
