A much needed haven in a money making industry
If you're looking for empathetic, thorough and knowledgeable care for your furry then this is the place to go. I had been through a terrible, costly experience with a misdiagnosis at another vet, and when I went to Boskruin they managed to treat, diagnose correctly and restore our precious pooch to good health. They communicated with us all the time, handled him with love and care and the bill at the end of it all was pleasantly very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for the best care.

Boskruin Vet is the absolute BEST!!!
Boskruin Vet was highly recommended to me by friends and it is easy to see why ... Absolutely amazing people and I had the pleasure of being greeted by Ashleigh and my little Yorkie was seen to by Marcus. What a wonderful experience with such caring, professional, gentle, kind and awesome people to deal with in what could be a very stressful situation, but was made so easy by animal angels. Thank you so much Marcus and Ashleigh! So grateful to you!

Boskruin Vet was highly recommended to me by friends and it is easy to see why ... Absolutely amazing people and I had the pleasure of being greeted by Ashleigh and my little Yorkie was seen to by Marcus. Great service
We had to take our puppy to boskruin vet and got assistance from Dr Justina Allison and from the start she was great , reassuring and honest and will always be the first place I go to , our puppy unfortunately had parvo and had to stay in and he was really well taken care of .he unfortunately did not make it but they did everything they could for him and the first care was the animals not money. Thank you for taking care of our boy.

Great service
We had to take our puppy to boskruin vet and got assistance from Dr Justina Allison and from the start she was great , reassuring and honest and will always be the first place I go to , our puppy unfortunately had parvo and had to stay in and he was really well taken care of .he unfortunately did not make it but they did everything they could for him and the first care was the animals not money. Shocking service
Shocking service. I purchased a 12kg bag of Hills biscuits, price R 1800 odd from Boskruin Vet. When I attempted to open the bag, the inner casing stuck to the outer packaging and the result was that the bag tore at the top, which means the biscuits will go stale. I returned it to Boskruin vet, wanting a new bag, (I purchased it 2 days ago.) After standing arround, waiting to be served for 25 minutes, Markus refused to take the bag back.. I'll never buy food from them again. This isn't the first issue I've had with them. Either the bag doesn't have a zipper, or, the bag pop's open where it's supposed to zip closed, and now this. This is expensive food. Who in their right mind, would purchase food, deliberately destroy the top of the bag, stand around for 25 minutes waiting to be served, ridicules, but that's what they seem to think I did. Disgusting. And Markus' attitude, couldn't give a damn. Shrugged his shoulders at me.

Really helpful and seem to look over the situations fully before advising treatment options (with my little dog's cases). Called their emergency Cell early on a Sunday morning. Within minutes we had a telephonic consult, with pictures that followed and recommendations on best course of action.
