Firstly, Pet Heaven gave the most amazing service with delivery of my order and their product offering is just great, but secondly, they scored big time by having a Super Star like Bantubonke handling customers for great after-sales service! I had an email response back within minutes and then a follow-up PHONE CALL from their wonderful Colleen, who gave me very trusted advice. They definitely have a very loyal customer for life! Just a warning that this Company disregards a categorical refusal to subscribe to their offering and just go ahead and start debiting your account because they already have your account details from another company with whom they are associated. I declined their offer to subscribe to their monthly offering when their agent phoned as late as 17h00 one evening, and was shocked to see their R423 subscription go off my bank account without my authority. If you get a call from The Box Fashion, make sure they understand the meaning of NO THANK YOU! And, they don't bother to come back to you when you write to them to ask for a refund!

Besides the MOST amazing service one always receives in store (Bel Air Shopping Centre for me usually), today I cannot sing high enough praises for Singo (Heathway) and Sharlene (Online Help in Durban). I don't recall when I last received such outstanding customer service and had wonderful people go way beyond the "extra mile" for me. From the time my call was answered within 2 rings on the Durban Head Office number, to it being picked up immediately by Sharlene in the Online Section, and her sending me an email link to resolve my problem, it was less than 10 minutes (even after she patiently held on the phone with me whilst I went through the steps with her to make sure I was not doing something wrong). Truly customer service at its BEST and no wonder JAM is my absolute favourite clothing outlet AND where my budget can be stretched so far with the greatest quality and latest fashion. Thank you and so well done, Sharlene and Singo! JAM can be so proud of their team, who do such a GREAT job in giving their customers such awesome and amazing service! Big accolades to you! Sandy
<p>FNB should seriously get FNBConnect to up their service to the standard expected of anything to do with FNB .... I refer everybody to FNB, as they are simply brilliant in so many areas. HOWEVER, FNBConnect is letting them down with shocking service and I have referred numerous people to another service provider rather for an even better package (besides excellent service). I have been a loyal FNB client for many years and would love to do as much business with them as possible. Having waited over a week for activation of my SIM card on the FNBConnect unlimited option, after chasing them up several times I received an SMS to notify me that I "did not qualify for the service". This, in itself, was hard to understand because they do not give you a phone and there is no contract, with customers paying on a month-to-month basis. To cut a long story of frustration short, FNBConnect have proceeded to debit my account for the past 2 months with their fee - the first one was reversed immediately (which impressed me) but the second reversal is now going to take 21 days! And my SIM was not cancelled as requested the first time I was shocked to see them charging me for a service that was not in use! I do have to commend Germinah and Gladwyn from the Call Centre today and last week respectively, for trying to assist me, but they are obviously at the mercy of poor systems.....</p>
