I have lost my money to this Box Fashion scheme. I spoke to the sales agent and even explained to her that I did not want this. She told me I must provide an account that I was not using, which I did. Unfortunately, there was money in that account, and it was debited. I called and spoke to this lady, stating that I was not interested from the start. She said they do not give refunds and that I must take two months to rethink if I want to continue. After those two months, I was debited again. I called again, explained once more that I was not interested, and demanded my money back. She again told me there was no refund and that my money would be in my account, and I should buy anything I wanted online. I did check, and the R1,348.50 was reflecting, but I have found nothing that interests me. i still want my refund. I hope i get advice on how to get my money after all this months, or i will lodge a case with ombudman to get my refund.

I have been a member for about a year now. A few months back I tried cancelling the membership to no luck. I have two months worth of membership fees that I need returned as I'm no longer interested. I've been trying to no luck

Im so ****in ****ed by The Box, I bought hair in February and I paid for it over 3 months ending in April, they delivered my hair. The following month (May) they debited my account again, when I questioned this Alicia told me about some membership I didnt even know about. She confirmed cancellation of this nonsense and told me I cant get a refund instead they will give me store credit whatever that is equivalent to my money...I never received anything from them. To my surprise they debited my account again in September and they still tell me about non refund and that store credit that is non existent. I dont want your store credit, I want my money back!!!

I ordered hair with the box fashion, made all the payments hair was delivered.Then now they debited again without my concern,know I'm paying for nothing when I ask for refund they don't want to refund me instead they want me to shop something else.I don't want anything but the 678 they debited from my bank

I told you I'm not financially stable now I can't afford to pay I will let you know when I want another box ,so now I see sms's telling me I must choose another box so it means you already made decision for me you are going to deduct my money without my concern. And you will be deducting my rent my am so angry please cancel my account I'm done

I spoke to an agent and asked them to debit in September, as my budget is tight. Out of incompetence, greed, and pride in withholding clients' monies, they debited this month. It is not what I agreed to, and I want my money back. I don't want any credits or anything. Instead of holding their agents accountable, they'd rather protect them. In as much as you can provide credit etc, you can refund my money. STOP inconveniencing people, running business out of selfishness is nonsense.
