Cancel policy
Please help, I've been trying to cancel a policy with Metropolitan since September 2025, with no luck...I need this policy cancelled immediately

Cancelled membership
I have been a member for about a year now. A few months back I tried cancelling the membership to no luck. I have two months worth of membership fees that I need returned as I'm no longer interested. I've been trying to no luck

Unauthorized debiting of my account

Avbob is not paying my refund. The premiums for 3 unknown policies was deducted on the 13th of June. I queries this and was promised a refund. Until today, nothing has been paid and my emails are now being ignored

Sanlam is ********ly deducting from my account again. I've tried stopping these by sending numerous cancellation forms. I was told the policy was finally cancelled. Then 13 of June, there were now 2 deductions by Sanlam again. I emailed cancellation forms and queried thes. I was told that only one was cancelled and was asked to cancel the second one. Until today I'm still waiting. My rent unpaid. The next step is to sue because I never took out any policies with them.

I'm tired...Avbob is ********ly deducting from my payslip. I've been fighting this issue for months. Then last month I was told that the policies have been cancelled and my funds were returned after about a month and I was also promised that no funds would be taken from my account again. Then 13 of June, there were 3 deductions from Avbob again. I emailed and queried these and was promised reimbur*****t. Until today I'm still waiting. I haven't paid my rent because of these people. Whenever I inquire I'm told funds have not yet reflected. This is annoying. I'm seriously considering sueing them for their *****ulent behaviour.

Stop debit orders
I have a problem. I have numerous debicheck mandates that are going off my account that I have not approved. I' ve tried stopping these debit orders but I get charged R2 for stopping them only for them to go off again..this is frustrating

I have had a problem with an unknown policy from Hollard which was finally resolved April 2025. However the policy has re immerged on my payslip. This is really frustrating. I have no knowledge of this policy and they are taking R1278.00 from my salary. Sort this out.
