I spoke to an agent and asked them to debit in September, as my budget is tight. Out of incompetence, greed, and pride in withholding clients' monies, they debited this month. It is not what I agreed to, and I want my money back. I don't want any credits or anything. Instead of holding their agents accountable, they'd rather protect them. In as much as you can provide credit etc, you can refund my money. STOP inconveniencing people, running business out of selfishness is nonsense. I WANT MY MONEY, I don't want to hear anything other than refunding my money.
Layup has such a bad service. I asked for a refund from Cellucity on the 21st of January. The refund request was submitted to layup and to this day I haven't received anything. Layup doesn't respond to any of my emails. I'm stranded and I need my money back. Your service is bad and I will never use it again. Prioritize refunding people on time in as much as you collect on time.
