Booked a ticket. Didn't receive any confirmation from the original place i got the ticket for, in which they are informing me that I need to either complete my purchase or cancel the order to start again. The ticket reservation of the original website (Howler) ran out and I received nothing from Howler. Then when I try to contact the customer support, atleast they answered. But you get a rather aggressive person who talks over you and just keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. Not very pleasant support

On 27 Nov I tried to purchase a phone on WeFix and selected the layup option as the method of payment. I had failed to read their terms and conditions which stated that I would only get the phone after all the monthly deductions had been made. I then cancelled the order and requested a refund. I have been sent from pillar to post by this organisation. They have terrible customer service and they just don’t care. I have been literally emailing them daily to request for my refund or an update to no response. I have been texting one of the numbers and was told on the 10th that they money had been made and I should wait for 48hrs. Now it’s the 15th when I called to follow up I get told that I must resend my banking details and that I must wait for 48hrs.?! There’s no apology there’s no owning up to the error just pure arrogance and ignorance . I have all the email communication to prove this pathetic service from this place. To date, 15 December I still don’t have my money

Lay up have service providers who allow one to purchase a item over a period without interest. i sourced a provider Apple Kitchen SA from their site and purchase my item and paid it in full. Apple kitchen until this day has only made promises of a delivery after i was patient to wait for them to have stock, until this day i have R5650 that was paid for apple watch with no item since 01 November 2025, I am now seeking a refund from Lay up. Lay up must vet their business for those who claim they can deliver. I contacted the Apple Kitchen several times via email, and now I must hear their WhatsApp is down while they are active on Instagram and Facebook and their website with that number. The phone is also off. I contacted a lawyer who advised I must recover my money from lay-up. The beauty of it all is contacting one of their agents via facebook Mandy Thabethe who proudly advertise for this company and she had the audacity to tell me i am a ****mer after i showed her proof of payment to layup for my order she ghosted me on whats app. i wrote the lay up and demanded a payment within 7 days from today, i am sorry this is alot of money to lose

I had an Iphone XR lay bye and missed payments, when i logged on my account, the purchase was cancelled. Cellucity tells me i will not get a refund and my understanding is i get penalized. Please assist, i cannot just forfeit my deposit

Ive ordered via layup and paid in full expecting that Id receive my order the next day. Istore instructed me to call Layup regarding the status of my order/payment, but they do no answer calls, email and the online chat box. Their communication is very poor which is extremely sketchy considering the amount of money people spend with them. After seeing the many bad reviews, I am now worried if this is ***** and hope for a response within 24 hours before taking further action.

This is the worst financial institution ever. I would not recommend ANYONE use them as a payment method. I ordered an iPhone through iStore, but I canceled the order with iStore first and then requested a cancellation through my LayUp account. I received an email stating one of their team members would get in touch within 24 hours. It's now been over 24 hours with no response from LayUp. I have even tried calling them countless times, but no one answered. I just want my refund.!!
