I have a pending refund that was initially logged on the 31st of October and was then processed with lay up on the 11th of November.. 14 days passed and still have not received my refund
I placed an order on the 26th of july and in the 1st of August just before 7pm it’s marked delivered .. the odd thing was that I have received a call nor receive my order that time.. I waited for another hoping it will be delivered nothing.. logged a ticket with SHEIN and now they telling me they can’t refund my money because my order was successfully delivered
They don’t even deserve 1 star, y’all service is hectic and hope no one ever buys from this service provider We have had their Wi-Fi for the longest and it used to deduct on the bank account until we started paying at the store physically, the Wi-Fi deduction would be on the 25th and now since we pay directly at the store we have been making payments after the 25th and it the services was never disconnected until now they come with some bull**** that the Wi-Fi is supposed to be paid before the 25th when it was never paid then… my connection has been cut off and told that it will resume on the 1st of August because my payment was on the 30th of June when last month I paid round about the same time and this stupidity didn’t happen and Mtn Sandton informed me that invoice only comes out on the 1st of every month when initially when this contract was made we was told payment has to be made before the 5th and that’s when connection will be cut This is very inconvenient and I want my refund so I can get another service provider with better services
The best place for vacation with either friends or family, the staff is so friendly Our stay here was amazing, the Game driver experience was out of this world thanks to Ryan who was our ranger I will totally recommend this place and do make my return again Thank you Mabalingwe and team❤️
Nick Bodenstein hospital in wolmaransstad is the worst ever Doctors and nurses there roam around and do nothing, barely give attention to patients Lost my mom who was admitted for 9 days and they kept on telling us that they taking tests For ****ing 9days no ruling was made until she passed. As if that’s enough, my sister just gave birth and she has lost blood and has high blood pressure and the baby has some underlying issues There are no beds available and yet patients are not attended, she is been there for three days now and only in the second day at night she was attended and might due she does not even have a bed.. more pregnant people came through and they sleeping on the chairs what ****ed up servive is this, do we still have real health care professionals who really will do anything to render services Instead of attending to people so that they can create space all they do yap all day
The worst experience with Bolt SA, did a card transaction and two rides where cancelled. They took cancellation fees on both rides which amounted to 107 and yet I have only been refunded 19 on rides I didn’t take. Spoke to support team and they all give me different stories and it has been days now
Customer services at shoprite in wolmaransstad is very bad, they can’t speak to people appropriately and they even remorseful…they be acting like people who are forced to be there. Mind you that this is a very small town that we mostly shop there however with such people at service it’s high impossible.
