Booked a ticket. Didn't receive any confirmation from the original place i got the ticket for, in which they are informing me that I need to either complete my purchase or cancel the order to start again. The ticket reservation of the original website (Howler) ran out and I received nothing from Howler. Then when I try to contact the customer support, atleast they answered. But you get a rather aggressive person who talks over you and just keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. Not very pleasant support
Horrific customer service. Truly useless. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PAYFLEX, THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT HELP YOU. TRULT SOMR OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED
Absolute ****. No customer service whatsoever. You can email and phone and no one helps you. Whenever Chris is is ****ming people consistently. They took all my information, as well as banking information, but gave me a R0 credit amount. Now I'm trying to get my banking information deleted and they are not assisting me or even responding to me. Keeping information ive specifically asked them to delete is against the terms of the POPI act and is actually *******, I will be taking this further with the relevant authorities.
Constant harassment after applying to open an account. They phone every 2 days even when you ask them to delete your number. DO NOT APPLY FOR AN ACCOUNT WITH TRUWORTHS THEY WILL NON STOP HARRAS YOU CONTINOUSLY
Purchased an order online 3 days ago, payment was taken off my account and no order confirmation was given. Contacted customer care, who are truly some of the most useless people I've ever had to deal with, every single person tells a different lie. Specific complaint regarding someone called Fatima, in customer care, who was supposed to be the person dealing with my issue, whenever the other customer care would transfer me to her, she would just hang up. All I'm trying to find out is when will I receive my refund.
Absolutely pathetic! Overnight delivery means absolutely nothing. Customer service doesn't respond. Tracking the parcel helps with nothing as it says it will be delivered by a day, but it never is! Customer service does not even answer the phone! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, USE COURIER GUY, THEY ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY SAY!!!
Horrible service, horrible app! Order three times in a row and it was wrong each time. Special instruction nevert get relayed to the restaurant, so your order will always be wrong, and Mr D will blame you and not want to assist. Even when you email they just ignore you, or blame you. Absolutely pathetic! Just go yo the restaurant yourself! You'll save money, time and actually get what you ordered, which for Mr D is a miracle
Originally 1 Star, upped to 5, after owner contacted me and sorted my issue out. Very impressed with the speed of complaint resolution! Definitely recommend, prices are unbeatable and large variety of stock. With no minimum order, so amazing for small businesses!
Never have stock. Have sent about 10 emails over the last 3 months and have not had a response to literally a single one? Literally phoned in to make an order and get stock put aside, staff said it was fine they will do it, got to bonpak, no they sold it to someone else, literally within the space of 4 hours. Appaling service, definitely not customer orientated. I would much rather pay more and actually get what I'm wanting. Truly a joke!
Incredible company to get packaging! They assisted my small business to create packaging which I could actually afford. Truly a customised solution! Couldn't recommend more!
