Absolutely dreadful. They do not respond to direct requests when ordering online, they do not respond to repeated emails requesting the info you asked to be included when ordering in the first place, and they give incorrect info about the order so when the courier is meant to collect, they cannot. On too many occasions, Bonpak's terrible service has materially & negatively impacted our service delivery to our customers. We can only hope that Consol Glass is a better option.

Absolutely dreadful. Bonpak has send me broken stuff,said they can replace it 3 weeks ago,but yet still have not replaced the broken goods and now being ignored

They are completely unprofessional i contacted their WhatsApp line for assistance and I got no assistance,regarding the matter i then phoned in and was was on hold for 15 minutes after which I was told someone will phone me back no one has contacted me since the service is pathetic and staff has no knowledge on the products at all they refuse to advise you and answer any questions and you wait hours for a response ,I would not recommend them if you are interested in purchasing any thing from their save your self the disappointment and go somewhere else where you will be valued as a customer

sitting with a terminally ill husband I do not have the energy to deal with you Bonpak and your staff you owe me a box of perfume bottles I paid for with hard earned cash I asked Portia several times yesterday for the waybill of the courier you are shipping my stock with yet I have not received my stock nor my money back nor a waybill so I can follow up !!!!!!!!!!!!! So tell me is this the norm for you to treat customers like dirt ?

I have worked with Bonpak for many years but honestly, these last few years the service has gone backwards. I have to beg sales to get back to emails I have sent, which just get ignored. The phone just rings and rings.

Unpleasant to go there. Lady at the door always greets with a smile. In 2022 Lerato helped me most of the time and always had a very pleasant experience with her friendly attitude. HOWEVER Xoliswa, does not even greet, has such a snotty attitude, lack of manners, bad customer service. I refuse to be helped by her.

Wanted to place an order a week ago and was told stock needs to be packed and that we should place order for this week, pay before Monday at twelve and delivery will take place on Wednesday. Well no delivery transpired, tried numerous times during the day to enquire but to no avail, line gets cut, the one time I got through the sales rep, Sipho, apparently couldn't hear. Then phone back again just to get told that Sipho is not at his desk, the lady then offered to find out from warehouse management why the delivery wasn't made, and that she will get back to me. At 16:45 I phoned again just to be greeted by an answering service telling that they closed at 16:30. Full payment was made for goods and delivery, just totally unacceptable!!!!!!
