Worst service ever!!! They have *****ulently debt my account for two months. I have requested that they close the account and yet that has still not happened. I think the best now is going to be for me to go to the ombudsman and report them

Bonpak has send me broken stuff,said they can replace it 3 weeks ago,but yet still have not replaced the broken goods and now being ignored
Their finance tutor is no longer there,so I have not received my last two assignments back and writing my exam on Monday. To top it all,I need to get my 3rd subject but now being told I need to pay R150 due to lack of their side,along with poor service. I am also told to keep studying I need to pay for extion on my studies because it is taking me longer than a year,but I have not received the backing that was needed on my bookkeeping. I changed the colleges due to poor service just to have to deal with another poor service. I have ask numerous occasions to speak to a manager and that just never happens. I will never suggest you to anyone,I would rather tell people to run I think it is time to put a formal complaint in at icb
So I am currently sitting in MTN alberton I bought a charger yesterday and asked a few times for an ultra fast charger. Went home the charger is not an ultra fast charger, now they tell me they dont do refunds?????? No one said anything about this yesterday
I would like to give a shout out for Debbie en Xolani,they have been extremely helpful and always there to assist me when I was stuff. I would recommend Skills Academy anytime
I am super disappointed with Am.co.za When I bought my machine I got excellent service,even after they charged me for something that they didn't have and had to part. Now I need a service on this machine and still no feedback nearly a week later
Your first line of communication is very nice, then you get to the department where I should be getting my balance ( since you don’t send statements ) is extremely RUDE!!!!!!!! And it is not a one person this, it is an department thing. I spoke to 2 ladies and both of them didn’t have any maners and shouldn’t be dealing with customers. Then to top it all your email for complaints arent working either
Benedict gave me the best service ever when I signed up,now that there is a problem they are no where to be found and even she is not responding to my emails. I have paid for 30up and 30 down,I get 1.5 up and 9 down. This is not what the agreement was. I want to cancel this and I want my money back!!!!!
Dear Mr Price. I am not going to pay you this month until you call me and show me where you have credited my account with R630 for a order you cancelled. I tried calling the other day and my call got cut then today again,after 5 min of you wasting my airtime for trying to find out when you will do your JOB!!!!!
