They are completely unprofessional i contacted their WhatsApp line for assistance and I got no assistance,regarding the matter i then phoned in and was was on hold for 15 minutes after which I was told someone will phone me back no one has contacted me since the service is pathetic and staff has no knowledge on the products at all they refuse to advise you and answer any questions and you wait hours for a response ,I would not recommend them if you are interested in purchasing any thing from their save your self the disappointment and go somewhere else where you will be valued as a customer
It’s been 3 weeks later and I am still having internet issues ,the service that web Africa gives is pathetic they refuse to do there job and don’t understand basic information that is given to them Someone came out after 3 days and left ,knowing the issue was not resolved, I have asked several of their staff to speak to a manger and 3 weeks later they are still telling me that’s not poss And I need to wait 24hours I am honest quite done with there lack of work ethic and the terrible service they provide They are incapable of providing you with what you pay for . The entire staff needs training as well as mangers
My child does home schooling and is starting exams ,I have no internet and when i speak to consults they do not fix the problem,and take forever to respond I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to put me through the service is pathetic and so is the network, I want my problem to be resolved today as my child has already missed days from school and is writing a test today as I explained to several consults
It is highly frustrating dealing with Telkom Telkom took it upon them self to spend my account due to no activity which is not accurate as my account has been active I then tried contacting them telephonically and on WhatsApp and they refuse to resolve the issue I want them to activate my sim immediately and I would like to deal the head of their complaint’s department. They can email me @shaumtem49@gmail.com As my sim is not active I had a horrific experience and would like it to be resolved immediately.
I went to clicks to get there 3for 2 special as I’m aware that is what brings most customers in ,but when I got to the till they told me I can not purchase some of the items and would not receive the discount I have to go back and pick different products ,the products I picked where in fact on special and when I told the cashier to come and see ,she proceeded to move the paper that indicated the special ,I then decided to leave the store . When I went back as I’m waiting in the line I find they are doing the same thing to another customer Clicks really needs to do better ,they can not advertise something and when you get to the till now decide they want you to pay full price and start removing adverti*****ts
Mweb is the most *********** company I have been with , I have phoned them several times to fix their mistake with my account and they disregard my complaint. I have asked them in January to down grade my wife package (degreasing the number of users that can log on ) We are in September and they took it upon them self to disconnect my Wi-Fi When I phoned and asked them to resolve it they have yet to provide a solution I am sitting without Wi-Fi from Tuesday and today is Friday I want this issue to be resolved today . The service is pathetic.
I have been contacting the office from the 26 July to date on the internet being down. To day I’m sitting without network for ten days. I get told it will be sorted out but nothing materialises. The firm is quick to cut if u don’t pay but yet when you pay u sit with 10 days no internet, no reimbur*****t no humanity to care or even apologise. There is no response or any urgency to any query. This is a ongoing problem every month that you have two weeks or less without internet but you pay for a full month and the contract stipulates you are obligated to be in the agreement for 12 ‘months of payment and yet this firm does not feel obligated to give you 12 months of good service or internet access.
I have ongoing problems with the connectivity ,every 2 weeks we are left with no fiber for long periods of time and when you phone for assistance no one is able to assist they put you through to non -business lines and give wrong contact information the contact and email information they provide you with no one bothers responding I have send messages ,emails and phones and I still have got no assistance The service is pathetic and management needs to get involved because they faithfully collect there money but can’t provide ethical service I would rate them a 0
