I have never met up with someone that has no self respect human decency to speak the truth, no dignity and that can take peoples money with lies over their lips like the person behind pangea labour and then still without dignity or shame want to come with more lies to cover himself , has no respect for human life no empathy for struggling people
Professional Notice | Consumer Awareness Date: 04 February 2026 I am sharing this post in the interest of professional transparency and consumer awareness, based on my personal experience. During 2025, I engaged Johan Viljoen trading as Pangea Labour Solutions for labour-related assistance and made payments for services that were represented to me as legitimate and ongoing. Despite repeated requests, I did not receive verifiable proof of case registration, reference numbers, or completed deliverables, and communication became increasingly delayed. On 04 February 2026, I was informed by a SAEWA representative that Mr Viljoen was removed from SAEWU on 27 August 2025. This information was not disclosed to me at the time services were rendered and payments were accepted. I am currently addressing this matter through formal recovery processes and the appropriate labour, consumer, and regulatory channels. This post is shared to encourage others to: verify current affiliations and authority before engaging service providers insist on written confirmation, reference numbers, and timelines protect themselves through due diligence This statement reflects my experience only, is factual to the best of my knowledge, and is not intended to defame any individual. All matters are being handled through lawful and appropriate processes.
I dont have much words for this hospital , it is suppose to be a HOSPITAL and a PRIVATE best in the care of ILL and Injured but yet they discharge patients with no care in the world if the patient could die due to their actions , I almost lost my husband on the 08/01/2026 due to their negligence and I just want to add in the 3 weeks my husband was there I had to actually bring a fan from home because the aircons dont work and this for surgical ICU , where the daily heat can cause infections and manifestation of germs it is not worth being called a Hospital they should change their name to Parklands Cemetery they have no love for the people just for the money and the service from any department in that hospital is just as poor a specially the pharmacy

sitting with a terminally ill husband I do not have the energy to deal with you Bonpak and your staff you owe me a box of perfume bottles I paid for with hard earned cash I asked Portia several times yesterday for the waybill of the courier you are shipping my stock with yet I have not received my stock nor my money back nor a waybill so I can follow up !!!!!!!!!!!!! So tell me is this the norm for you to treat customers like dirt ?
Sad part of this is that DR Ngele is a very sufficient well groomed excellent neurologist , but his reception person by the name of Gloria has no empathy for his patients and the urgency of documentation to her it seems like she enjoys to play with peoples life's she could care less if the documentation is your only means of helping the patient to be able to afford medication , pay rent or eat
Ok so Buffalo Int Logistics why must I after almost 2 yrs and 8 months sit with breakage after breakage in the first 2 yrs and 2 months never had any problem now you keep on breaking my stock and refuse to pay me your communication is the utmost poor performances I have seen I have spoken to several employees regarding my refunds and yet you still don't pay ??????????????? You also don't train your staff you just bluntly tell me that you are going to no longer transport glass and fragile , on which I can tell you that you are going to then have to close your doors as most companies sell glass and fragile goods your attitude stinks !!! And its a pity that the good people like the drivers I know from Buffalo are going to suffer due to your ignorance and skill to work with clients but let me just tell you each individual will also answer to a higher power for what you put others through !!! Pay my money as I am done with you and your unmannered non responsive management team
So I had quite a few damaged and breakages via buffalo logistics , there attitude towards loyal customers stink Iet the first 2 or 3 slide took the loss and asked in meetings and via emails that the staff should be trained on the 20th of August 2025 I had another damaged package needless to say today 03/10/2025 still not a word from Buffalo management nor their so called support department on how they are going to resolve this my personal opinion is that they dont care about small business clients and this will not be my last public opinion
What a disgrace my husband is walking with heavy pain after an injury since April 2025 I have to fight you hair tooth and bone for every single thing from treatment to medication you send him to your back and neck pain program only to cause more damage when I take him back to the original neurologist I have to fight tooth and bone for authorization now again the test he needs so urgently I have to fight to get authorization Bonitas Boncap has no humanity for their members !!!!!!!!! He must go for these tests tomorrow the 27th of August I have to run up and down call your offices after a R100.00 worth of airtime still no assistance !! Dont you have any shame how do you people sleep at night ???????????????????
