I had an Iphone XR lay bye and missed payments, when i logged on my account, the purchase was cancelled. Cellucity tells me i will not get a refund and my understanding is i get penalized. Please assist, i cannot just forfeit my deposit
I had a laybye of an iPhone XR at Cellucity via layup and had missed payments, when i log on my account the purchase has been cancelled, when i request a refund i am told i will not get a refund as the 14 days cancellation period has expired. I never got any communication that i will forfeit the deposit. It only says you will get penalized and now i am not getting a cent back from the deposit i paid for the phone
Jobleads tried to take R679 from my bank account and I never subscribed with them, when I went on their website there isnot an option of canceling. I don't even know how to cancel something I did not subscribe to in the first place.
Went to specsavers to get spectacles done, after getting the spectacles I was not happy with cause I was seeing blury, I then went back to report the matter i was then booked for an appointment but no full eye test was done, after 2 weeks I was sent a message to collect, upon fitting I told them the Spectacles are still not clear and was told to take them off and wear them in 2 today's. Am very unhappy with their service, the going back and forth to fix their mess was at my expense in transport costs. Zingiswa Gloria Matroos
I a former employee of lear corporation and was hired through adcorp blu, i left the company in May and submitted my provident fund forms in June, I have been waiting and keep calling Adcorp blu for an update, today I was given a number 010 020 8906 it's a apparently the company that is supposed to be paying me out my provident fund, I've been calling the number no one answers.
