This Telecommunication company promised me contract and that R97 is a once off , so I activated on my account to my surprise it’s two R97 which is R194 per month I’ve lost close to R400 because now it’s a second month and no phone.0 replies

Unreachable customer service
I ordered online on Thursday and I realised I click on size instead of 4 , I immediately contacted the customer service, I emailed, WhatsApped and also called but with no luck . We are told to support black businesses but they are failing. A business is nothing with customer service.0 replies
