Beyond ****ed By The Box Fashion😡😡😡

Im so ****in ****ed by The Box, I bought hair in February and I paid for it over 3 months ending in April, they delivered my hair. The following month (May) they debited my account again, when I questioned this Alicia told me about some membership I didnt even know about. She confirmed cancellation of this nonsense and told me I cant get a refund instead they will give me store credit whatever that is equivalent to my money...I never received anything from them. To my surprise they debited my account again in September and they still tell me about non refund and that store credit that is non existent. I dont want your store credit, I want my money back!!!

Triple Subscription Payment!!!!!

My service was suspended on 27th November 2020, when I called the call centre, Zandisile Mdeka told me to pay for my account to be reconnected even though my debit order is n place for the last day of the month. I paid what the amount of R727 and I was reconnected, to my surprise on the 30th my bank account was debited again with the same amount. When I called the call centre some lady by the name of Asixolisile Lukwe kept me on hold for 20 minutes and I ended up dropping the call. When I initiated the call for the second time Njabulo Mdanda ask me to explain the reason for my call again, I did. He told me I need to wait for 24hrs for the refund to be processed and I it might take up to seven ****** days for the money to be paid back. That's absurd!!!!!!!!! They were quick to ask for payment and debit my account but now that they need to pay back they are giving me this nonsense. No wonder they are have a lot of people on DSTV Access, this is bull****.

RCS CASH

Good day I made a cash advance request on Sunday 2019/06/09 in the morning, and was told that this will reflect in 24-48 hours. I waited, sent them an email on the 11th to ask for a reversal if they cant sort this out, no response, I called them on the 12th and some guy called Nazeem told me it will reflect on Wednesday, the bank is still verifying, Nothing has come through. I'm shocked cos they debit the same account every month. Please reverse the funds. I cannot pay for something I did not use.
