UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE

Went out to celebrate mom's birthday. My partner ordered the ribs and calamari combo, but when the food came to the table, there was a smell/odor that came from the ribs. Asked for the manager, eventually showed up and we told them about the ribs. They then asked if we'd like to order something else. We ordered something else, however, no apologies were made for the inconvenience, no discount was offered whatsoever, and it genuinely was an inconvenience as how does one eat after being served meat that is off. Unbelievably bad service.

Genuinely upsetting.
