Dissapointing experience

On Monday night I've experienced worst service ever at a Bossa restaurant. Food to more than and hour. Staff pack up while you sitting although you haven't even received your food. Waiter never once check up on us... Once food eventually arrives, chips were cold, onions rings under cooked and raw and worst burger patties are over cooked and burned leaving a bitter taste in your mouth.... :-)
