Service tip included. Service? Why bother.

Waste of money and time.

Decided to take the whole fam to Bossa since I haven't been at this one.

Made a booking for 11 people was told this is fine.

Came there to find they sat us at 2 different tables and we couldn't even hear what the people of the other table was saying. I'm sorry but isn't me making a booking for 11 people suggesting that we actually want to enjoy this time together?

Then we delved into the absolute atrocious service.

Waiting forever and a day for our drinks. Our 3 year olds creamsoda never even made it to the table. After 11 the guys went to fetch their own beers after waiting over 20 min only to be told it's been sitting at the bar for like 10 min.

Our waiter was always visible. And when I say Visible I mean visible standing around talking to other staff and strolling around while we wait 25 min for our bread(that came cold and tough because it was standing around) with our breakfast. Every one was done eating and I got my toast.

My 3 year old got her breakfast when everyone was done eating. It was ordered at the same time.

Food was avarage waffle burned and they tried to hide it. Found a egg shell in the hollandaise sauce.

The waiter didn't check on us ONCE he simply had a I don't care attitude.

When receiving the check I realized why. They already included a service tip in the bill. So why would he bother with service the tip is guaranteed.

Also kids eat free on Sundays? Yea I paid for the cold food my 3 year old recieved a good 15 mim after everyone ate.

I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Good view but received everything but "good times"
