Friendly, quick and went out of their way
Super helpful fast and friendly when I contacted them in error to have my dogs service badges sewn onto his jacket. Bos sew responded immediately and put me in touch with a customer of their who could assist. Im so grateful . Thank you for the time and extra thought. I can imagine this is the best place to purchase equipment from
