I am absolutely appalled by the service—or lack thereof—from Boston City Campus. My graduation is scheduled for the 26th–29th of May 2026, yet as of today, I have still not received my official invitation. I have been sending emails for weeks only to be told to 'wait a week' for a response, or worse, my emails and calls are now being completely ignored. I have provided my student number multiple times via their chat and email support, yet I am being met with a wall of silence. This is not just a 'delay'—this is a lack of respect for students who have worked hard for their degrees. Because of their incompetence, I cannot finalize my travel arrangements or book a professional photographer, which requires advance notice. I have reached out to multiple people and the Arcadia branch, and no one is helping. Boston City Campus is ruining what should be a celebratory milestone. I demand that my invitation be sent immediately and that someone from the Head Office contacts me to resolve this. Do not ignore your students once you have their fees.
