I am extremely frustrated with the way Boston City Campus handles student access to learning materials. We are forced to use electronic textbooks with no option for physical copies, regardless of individual circumstances. I repeatedly explained that I struggle with eye strain from prolonged screen use and that I mainly rely on my phone, but my concerns were not addressed. Instead of offering a practical solution, I was repeatedly directed to support sessions on how to use the platform, which does not resolve the actual issue. I even printed the one module that was available in PDF, which made a clear difference, yet no effort was made to provide similar alternatives for other subjects. This has had a direct negative impact on my ability to study and prepare for exams. I feel completely unsupported as a student.Based on this experience, I am seriously reconsidering continuing my studies here.
