On the 26th of December 2023, I ordered a pair of Vellies for my husband. When I sent an email on the 29th of December to follow up on my order placed, I got an automated email telling me that any orders placed on the 20th of December will not be in time for delivery on the 25th and that if you order from the 20th of December, your order will only be shipped out in the first week of January. Then on the 8th of January when I queried my order again, I got an automated email this time telling me that that Bosveld Kudu is changing ownership and that my order would be shipped at the end of the month. I followed up again on the 23rd of January just to get the same automated answer about my order. Today the 13th of February I sent yet another email and this time got an answer from a guy named Erik telling me Hein no longer works for Bosveld Kudu and that they are in the process of changing ownership. In this email he tells me that they will not be shipping out any old orders and that I should send me banking details for a refund. The email was was not professional and had so many spelling and grammar errors. I am definitely not sending my banking details just to be ****med again. People please be careful of this business/site. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THIS IS A ****!
