On December, 28, 2023 , my girlfriend made an order for pair of vellies for myself. “Camel Men’s Vellies” to be exact. Since up to date i have still not received the shoes nor a refund. I have sent numerous emails, just to get an automatic response every time up, until a response from an “Erick” came through to me, this was their response : “ My Name is Erick

Our Company is in the process of taking over this company. 1. We are working on the website and is busy changing the website. Also all the Social media Pages.
2. When we are done, we will load the new stock and prices that is not confirm yet as we are busy dealing the the different shoe manufactures out there. We are also putting up our own plant to manufacture shoes.
3. When that is does we active the new bank account and will do all the payments that need to be done.
Please send us your claim form for a refund, No old order will go out, and it will be refunded to the customers. This will be done in the next couple of months. ( our hand is tied down with this process till we active the accounts.)
We will need your Order Number, Name, surname, and Proof of payment. and banking details. The moment we get that info we can start with the refund process. Please be patient with us, the moment everything is in place all orders will be refunded.
The website will reopen in May 2024 for orders and lots of new stock will be available.

This company needs to be closed down and be ordered to pay all refunds, i believe the option for Court is not taking it too far as i see NUMEROUS complaints which seems to be mostly fami**** to one another as well as the response from the company.
