Really efficient, quick, positive experience at Bothners Claremont!

I would rate Bothners 10/10. Website = great to navigate. Love the user experience. Communication = friendly over the phone, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable. Service = I was helped immediately and sent the order-info promptly to track my order. Courier guy as the courier service = great.

I spoke to the Claremont team yesterday about a product I saw online that I'd like to purchase. They guided me about the expected delivery time, how they would accommodate me, and gave me great answers on some product questions - it's 24 hours later and I just received my delivery!
