Potential to get seriously injured

In November last year I decided to treat my Wife to a romantic weekend at Botlierskop Private Game Reserve. On the morning of checkout we requested a porter to assist with our luggage, it is a very steep incline to reception. Wife suffered 3 fractured ribs and me a severely swollen ankle after the cart we where on lost power and the brakes failed, rolled backwards and ended up crashing on it's side.

No medical assistance was offered, I had to ask the reception for antiseptic to clean my wounds, and management where more worried about the condition of the cart. They made sure to present me our R1000 drinks bill on checkout very swiftly, never mind the R10K spent on the weekend. No follow up calls or emails just to say "Hey we sorry and are you okay".

If you stay here, please be extremely careful as if you get injured it's basically your fault, your problem and thanks for your money.
