Absolutely useless!
Most utterly useless company around, one cannot call them a courier company as they can't deliver anything it seems. My order arrived in JHB on the 29th Dec and is still sitting not delivered in George. Daily tracking updates say "out for delivery" then "Can't be delivered" and then "in Central sorting bay", everyday the same thing on repeat! Don't bother trying to even call this pathetic company either, you are wasting your time and will be left more infuriated. Doubt my package will even arrive in one piece if I ever actually receive it. Zero out of 5 if I could!

Think I've been scammed!
Ordered a set of wine glasses on the website, payment went through and 3 weeks later no email or any info whatsoever about my order. No response to my email enquiries, feels like I've been robbed by a scam.

Potential to get seriously injured
In November last year I decided to treat my Wife to a romantic weekend at Botlierskop Private Game Reserve. On the morning of checkout we requested a porter to assist with our luggage, it is a very steep incline to reception. Wife suffered 3 fractured ribs and me a severely swollen ankle after the cart we where on lost power and the brakes failed, rolled backwards and ended up crashing on it's side. No medical assistance was offered, I had to ask the reception for antiseptic to clean my wounds, and management where more worried about the condition of the cart. They made sure to present me our R1000 drinks bill on checkout very swiftly, never mind the R10K spent on the weekend. No follow up calls or emails just to say "Hey we sorry and are you okay". If you stay here, please be extremely careful as if you get injured it's basically your fault, your problem and thanks for your money.

Ordered an item on the 8th November, still not delivered. No communications, they hang up calls and don't reply to emails. This business seems like a scam, do not use!

Ordered an item on Mr Shopper on the 8th November...to this date no delivery, no response and they hang up the phone when you call...SCAM, DO NOT USE MR SHOPPER OR PELICAN EXPRESS, they will rob you!

Extremely happy
Moved from Johannesburg to Mossel Bay. Pick up was 2 days after the company opened in January. Extremely careful, all furniture items where wrapped with blankets and glad wrap. Delivery was made a day after collection and was made early morning at 10am.Vert impressed with this company and would certainly recommend them for anyone looking to move long distances within South Africa.

Useless...bad service, overcharged, network issues...You okes are absolutely 3rd world in a 3 world place. Therefore no concern!
