Hi Peter. I have complained on the 29th august 2022 about the services and i thought by now they would have improved but nothing has changed. We bought a bakery combo and extra machines, our equipment was collected by a courier company Mellets if not mistaken but not all equipment was collected, we still have this equipment outstanding EH365-E - Bottle Coolers 334L 1 Door R21 736 (2) Triple Deck with 9 Pan Oven YXD-90C (1). Sanet also knew about that equipment when we send one of my friends to go and collect them she (Sanet) told them the bakkie was too small to collect the equipment and i had to wait and make plans to get a either a trailer or a truck but i managed to get it then i started engaging with a lady from WedoAll last year October 30th to go and collect the equipment then the Lady acted as if she doesn't know about the transaction then i shared the invoice with her she then told me to wait she will look at the papers but as far as she knows everything was supp****. Then she told me Sanet was fired she will have to pull the invoice until the 27th November she said the paper doesn't show anything she will check in the system. I gave her time to do that because one of the reason was to see if we can exchange one freezer to get a bread slicer but she said its not possible ones the invoice is out the equipment can't be changed, Ok i waited for the system until the 14th i checked with them she then said according to the system we got the papers which was on the 14th January and i will call you right back its hectic. I waited for the call bear in mind i couldn't get any conversation through from my previous WhatsApp so i used another number to get their attention that is when she told me she will send the papers but she has a walk in client but the day passed and the next day she text me Morning i will send them asap they are here in the backfile we only opened on Monday so hectic on the 15th January. Today is the 30th January still waiting. i told her on the last message i have the whole day, week month and even years but i guess i have run out of patience. Please help me i don't know are they trying to **** someone's signature and claim the person collected the items i guess his name and surname should appear on the papers so he can explain who send them to collect our equipment without permission. Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience with wedollall - ********* and Dishonest Practices I recently purchased a chocolate melting pot from wedollall and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I opted for Uber delivery, and despite the box being seemingly secure during transit, the product arrived with broken plates at the bottom. I promptly notified the company at 12:38, providing evidence of the damage. Shockingly, wedollall claimed they checked the product before it left, insisting it was in perfect condition. Dissatisfied with their response, I requested a new melting pot, but they insisted on fixing the plates, leaving me with a damaged and repaired product. After weeks of persistence, they finally agreed to collect the item for repairs. It took two weeks for them to address the issue, fitting two new plates. To my dismay, they demanded an additional payment for courier services. Frustrated with their ********* practices, I requested a refund, as per their policy. Despite their agreement to refund, three weeks later, I still hadn't received it. Instead, I received an invoice for the repaired plates, further highlighting their dishonesty. This entire experience has been marked by ********* behavior, and I strongly advise against dealing with wedollall in the future. I have documented all communication with the company, providing clear evidence of their lack of integrity. I expect a full refund for the damaged product and hope to warn others about the ************ practices of wedollall.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Wedoall, and I must say it has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. I purchased several products from them in January, with the promise that I could collect them on February 20th, 2023. However, when I arrived at their warehouse, one of the products was missing, and they casually informed me about it on the spot. This was just the beginning of the countless issues I would encounter. After being assured that the missing product would be couriered to me within a week, I eagerly waited for its arrival. To my dismay, it was not until March 15th, 2023, that I received a notification from Wedoall stating that the product had finally arrived at their warehouse. Frustrated but hopeful, I promptly paid for the courier service, believing that the ordeal was finally coming to an end. Little did I know that this was only the tip of the iceberg. On June 8th, 2023, I received shocking news from Wedoall—they claimed that the product had not actually arrived at their warehouse and that the person who had been assisting me, Vashti, no longer worked there. Instead, I was introduced to Sanet, who supposedly took over as the new point of contact. Feeling deceived and misled, I immediately requested a refund. To add insult to injury, when I requested to speak to the manager, Sanet astonishingly declared herself as the manager. It was evident that the company lacked professionalism and proper management. Undeterred, I insisted on receiving my refund without any further delays. Sanet promised to call me back but failed to do so, forcing me to follow up the next day. When I finally reached Sanet, she requested my banking details, which I promptly provided. She assured me that the payment would be processed the following day. However, after waiting for a week, my refund was nowhere to be seen. Frustrated and fed up with their unending incompetence, I called them this morning, only to be informed that the payment had bounced back due to a finance issue. In a last-ditch attempt to resolve the matter, I promptly sent a stamped bank confirmation from Standard Bank, confirming my correct banking details. However, Wedoall once again presented another excuse, claiming that they were sorting out an issue with their bank. Their constant delays and lack of accountability have pushed me to the brink. At this point, I am left with no choice but to involve my lawyers, as Wedoall's refusal to fulfill their obligations and delay in refunding my payment is unacceptable. Dealing with this company has caused me tremendous headaches and inconvenience. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Wedoall to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a nightmarish experience.

If I could give zero star, I would. The worst service from an online store EVER. Weeks later after no communication, they keep telling me to wait when I ask them what the issue is. They are telling me to wait for my refund as well. I hope Bobshop holds these shady companies reliable. Worst service ever!

This company called wedoall is just a company which needs to be closed, they don't care as long as you have paid them, they really don't care. I been hospitalized and my spirit is being broken down thanks to wedoall, I bought equipment last year October with them and been waiting for them to deliver, they don't even communicate with you, I have even reported them to consumer ombudsman to intervene as I feel like this Company called wedoall has scammed me R75k worth of equipment, worst service ever and I warn people if you want to be depressed and spiritually broken order your equipment from wedoall, they don't even deserve the one star grading I gave, they deserve a -1

If I could give a ZERO i would. Placed my order on the 5th of September, today is the 24th of October and it still has not been shipped. WORST online store ever, I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them.
