I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Wedoall, and I must say it has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. I purchased several products from them in January, with the promise that I could collect them on February 20th, 2023. However, when I arrived at their warehouse, one of the products was missing, and they casually informed me about it on the spot. This was just the beginning of the countless issues I would encounter. After being assured that the missing product would be couriered to me within a week, I eagerly waited for its arrival. To my dismay, it was not until March 15th, 2023, that I received a notification from Wedoall stating that the product had finally arrived at their warehouse. Frustrated but hopeful, I promptly paid for the courier service, believing that the ordeal was finally coming to an end. Little did I know that this was only the tip of the iceberg. On June 8th, 2023, I received shocking news from Wedoall—they claimed that the product had not actually arrived at their warehouse and that the person who had been assisting me, Vashti, no longer worked there. Instead, I was introduced to Sanet, who supposedly took over as the new point of contact. Feeling deceived and misled, I immediately requested a refund. To add insult to injury, when I requested to speak to the manager, Sanet astonishingly declared herself as the manager. It was evident that the company lacked professionalism and proper management. Undeterred, I insisted on receiving my refund without any further delays. Sanet promised to call me back but failed to do so, forcing me to follow up the next day. When I finally reached Sanet, she requested my banking details, which I promptly provided. She assured me that the payment would be processed the following day. However, after waiting for a week, my refund was nowhere to be seen. Frustrated and fed up with their unending incompetence, I called them this morning, only to be informed that the payment had bounced back due to a finance issue. In a last-ditch attempt to resolve the matter, I promptly sent a stamped bank confirmation from Standard Bank, confirming my correct banking details. However, Wedoall once again presented another excuse, claiming that they were sorting out an issue with their bank. Their constant delays and lack of accountability have pushed me to the brink. At this point, I am left with no choice but to involve my lawyers, as Wedoall's refusal to fulfill their obligations and delay in refunding my payment is unacceptable. Dealing with this company has caused me tremendous headaches and inconvenience. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Wedoall to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a nightmarish experience.
