Vodacom is running a ******** syndicate. They called me telling me if I don’t actively cancel my data sims, I would continue paying. I called a lady in Durban call centre to explain that my 36 month contract is ending and I don’t want to continue paying for data sims as I received them with the devices on the 36 months contract but never used them. She had me on the call for 15 minutes and said she cancelled said sims from continuing. A few days later I receive an invoice saying I have a 24 month contract for data sims! I called Vodacom about this seeking clarity, I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and was given Fiona who listened to the call I made cancelling the sims and she agreed that the recording validated what I was saying and nowhere did I agree to data sim cards for 24 months. She first said I had to call to cancel the contract again and I told her she must please sort it out as a manager as nowhere did I agree to such a contract to begin with so why must I call again. She eventually agreed she would cancel the contract and make sure I am not debited money I never agreed to and would get back to me with regards to whether the cancellation was successful and what is going to happen to the call centre agent that basically committed ***** by opening a whole new contract when there is proof on the recording that I said I don’t want to continue with data sim contract. It’s more than a week later and there is absolutely no feedback. I have to call and run after them again. I am going to report all involved to ombudsman because it’s *****ulent practice and really no care for a client. Never getting a contract with Vodacom ever! A company ran by bunch of ******* !

If I could give zero star, I would. The worst service from an online store EVER. Weeks later after no communication, they keep telling me to wait when I ask them what the issue is. They are telling me to wait for my refund as well. I hope Bobshop holds these shady companies reliable. Worst service ever!
I bought wings and meat worth over R300 and it was all rotten with a foul smell! Chicken licken serves people rotten food!
