Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience with wedollall - ********* and Dishonest Practices
I recently purchased a chocolate melting pot from wedollall and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I opted for Uber delivery, and despite the box being seemingly secure during transit, the product arrived with broken plates at the bottom.
I promptly notified the company at 12:38, providing evidence of the damage. Shockingly, wedollall claimed they checked the product before it left, insisting it was in perfect condition. Dissatisfied with their response, I requested a new melting pot, but they insisted on fixing the plates, leaving me with a damaged and repaired product.
After weeks of persistence, they finally agreed to collect the item for repairs. It took two weeks for them to address the issue, fitting two new plates. To my dismay, they demanded an additional payment for courier services. Frustrated with their ********* practices, I requested a refund, as per their policy.
Despite their agreement to refund, three weeks later, I still hadn't received it. Instead, I received an invoice for the repaired plates, further highlighting their dishonesty. This entire experience has been marked by ********* behavior, and I strongly advise against dealing with wedollall in the future.
I have documented all communication with the company, providing clear evidence of their lack of integrity. I expect a full refund for the damaged product and hope to warn others about the ************ practices of wedollall.
