Incompetence

I'm not pleased with the treatment I received at the hospital, especially from the unpleasant receptionist and Drs. Mashao and Dzichauya. They refuse to resubmit my claims to the medical assistance accurately, even though I have asked them to do so. They have already depleted my daily savings rather than using hospital funds, and they expect me to cover the remaining amount. It was an emergency, not a doctor's appointment, when I got there.

I was injured in my leg in the an accident, yet I am charged with a chest x-ray. I didn't receive the notice until August 14th informing me that there was an overdue balance and that my account was being handedover. The level of incompetence is astounding.
