Bounceking unable to quote

Im am fully aware that companies require a audit trail for quotation purposes.

I required a quotation for a trampoline mat.

I emailed and gave the specifications. Only to receive a email back to say that I need to supply a picture, my physical address, my date of purchase as well as the store that I bought it from.

Let me make this clear. I requested a price on a mat for a 3m 10ft trampoline.

I in no way stated that there was a manufacturing problem.

How is it possible to not get a price for a simple trampoline mat.

If you courier only, then quote and state that courier costs are excluded.

Im highly disgusted 😒
